When a child faces a serious illness or injury, it can be an emotional and stressful experience, even when in the best possible care. They may feel anxious, scared, or uncertain about their medical condition or isolated and alone, unable to spend time with family and friends. 

That’s why Starlight exists – to ensure hospitals are easier places for kids to be. Carefully crafted to address the unique needs of pediatric patients, Starlight’s programs – Starlight Gaming, Virtual Reality, Hospital Gowns, and Toy Deliveries – are donor-funded and offered free of charge to hospitals within its nationwide network to provide comfort, distraction, and a sense of normalcy to kids coping with hospitalization, procedures and treatments. 

Our vital services distract from endless pokes or pain, inspire imaginations and ease boredom to help kids feel better – because happy kids heal faster.

After already delivering 1,000 Ghostbusters themed gowns to hospitals nationwide, Starlight and Ghostbusters fan groups are crossing streams to make another delivery of paranormal proportions! Equipped with our all new SLIMED Ghostbusters-themed Hospital Gowns, kids can suit up and save the world. Bustin’ has never felt so good!

Since 2021, Starlight has partnered with local Ghostbusters franchises who believe in the healing power of play to deliver smiles to kids in the hospital. This year, we are collaborating with Sony Pictures and Ghost Corps to develop our second run of Ghostbusters-themed Starlight Hospital Gowns so kids everywhere can bust ghosts during their hospital stay!

With your help, we hope to fund another 1,000 Ghostbusters-themed gowns for hospitals across the country. When your group helps fundraise, we will even make sure these gowns are delivered to kids in your community!
